I am Maria Gladwin Lea D. Hernaez and I was born leader who is compelled to achieve the desired objectives. Acknowledge for being high performer who capture the hearts of previous colleagues, clientele and community.

Growing up being assertive and confident without being confrontational. I worked as Marketing Professional in Automotive Industry, Project Site Admin Coordinator and Technical Assistant in Oil and Gas Industry, and Administrative Assistant in Academe. Being the focal point of stakeholders, dealing with multicultural environment where issues arises where I am trained and expected to be decisive and be on top all times.

I am mother of four wonderful children and currently a Trainee at DICT (Department of Information and Communications Technology) taking up Social Media Marketing.

As a General Administrative Assistant I develop digital and goal-oriented solutions and being effective and efficient. I will make sure to deliver purposeful by integrating and enforcing the goals of my client.
